developers <strong>Bonavista Developments<\/strong>,\u00a0is part of a planned \u20ac100m investment in Barcelona real estate by London-based\u00a0<strong>Europa Capital<\/strong>. rooftop pool have already been sold, for prices between \u20ac600,000 and \u20ac1.85m, all but two to foreign buyers.<\/p><p>Foreign money is driving a recovery in\u00a0<strong>Spain\u2019s property
