Bonavista talks with… Bea Bombí, interior designer and Elvira Gómez, architect

They are the founders and the soul behind the Bombí + Gómez studio, in charge of the interior design of the Girona 34 duplex, a historic building in the Eixample whose interior has been completely redesigned to adapt to modern life. Through its commitment to natural light and large spaces, Girona 34 is a clear exponent of three great qualities of Barcelona: contemporary design, Mediterranean character, and cosmopolitan vocation. “We like to take on each project as if it were a new challenge. We like to create spaces where people feel comfortable and houses that end up being homes”.

In this questionnaire they share their favorite spots in Barcelona, an ideal city for architects and interior designers, for its architecture, design, galleries and museums, and a great shopping offer.
