NEW-BUILD HOMES PROJECTS
Casp 33A – Casp 33B
Two residential projects completed in 2017, developed in classical buildings in the modernist Eixample district, on one of the city’s main avenues: Paseo de Gràcia. Luxury, minimalist and modernist urban apartments with first-rate facilities and amenities such as a terrace pool, fitness room and concierge service.
Bonavista Beach
Residential project comprised of 11 exclusive homes with a swimming pool in Gavà Mar, in a natural setting with a four-kilometre stretch of beach, a unique system of dunes, and 400 metres of pine forest that extend to the sea.
Bonavista Beach was completed in 2019 and is characterised by its architectural design, with each home integrating harmoniously with the site, favouring open spaces while at the same time maintaining privacy.
Girona 2
Development located on one of the best blocks in the Eixample Dret district, at the junction of Carrer Girona and Carrer Ronda Sant Pere. Comprised of 16 exclusive, refurbished homes and 3 magnificent, new-build penthouses.
Girona 2 is one of our projects in a classical building. Homes range from 126 to 210m² and have access to several amenities such as an outdoor pool with solarium and a landscaped area, and an indoor pool at basement level, with a fully-equipped gym. Sales were completed in 2019.
Saüc 12
A development of six homes covering a surface area of 480 to 630 m², located in the Sarrià neighbourhood, which offers excellent services, top class sports facilities and the most reputable schools.
Here again, Bonavista Developments has committed to developing high-comfort housing, urban homes with views of the Barcelona skyline. The project was completed in 2021.
Casa Burés
This is one of the most renowned refurbishment projects in Barcelona owing to its architectural value, which combines modernism and modernity. This property in the Eixample district was built between 1900 and 1905, by architect Francesc Berenguer i Mestres. It is named after its first owner, Francesc Burés, a successful businessman in the textile industry.
Refurbishment of the building, which finished in 2019, maintained, as well as its structure and listed decorative elements, the spirit of modernism, in terms of the light, spaces and the quality of the materials. Only 2 homes remain for sale in Casa Burés, out of a total of 26 lofts, duplexes and apartments of up to 500 m2.
